What you will be doing:

·         Reports to Director of Purovel Spa & Sports

·         Supervise day-to-day operations of the Purovel Spa & Sports

·         Handles and manages assigned tasks

·         Provides leadership, direction and supervision of all employees in the daily operation, including but not limited to spa, wellness, fitness, tennis, retail, membership relations, classes, programs and summer pool operation

·         Fulfils supervises and ensures all health and safety requirements

·          Provides educational and informational training seminars to the Purovel staff to improve guest and members relations, encourages return visits and improves the quality and credibility of the service.

·         Monitors present and future trends, best practices and systems in the fitness & wellness industry ensuring that the Purovel Spa & Wellness operations are competitive in the market.

·         Follows up legal updates about her/his work field

·         Points out any issue related to occupational health and safety

·         Conducts other duties assigned by hotel management

Your experience and skills include:

·        Minimum 5 years leadership experience in international five-star luxury oriented Spa & Wellness facilities

·         Fluency in English & Turkish

·         Bachelor's degree in reputable universities

·         Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

·         Highly responsible & reliable

·         Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

·         Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all
