Now, we are hiring a Concierge to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• To provide personal services and assistance to hotel guests.
• To arrange transportation and excursions upon visitor request Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation.
• To make dinner/event reservations for guests.
• To coordinate the operations throughout the shift to ensure that the standards and procedures are fully implemented.
• To monitor the needs of the guests and take action immediately.
• To offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions.
• To anticipate guests needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• To acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
• To work collaboratively with any resort associates and resources.

Competencies

• Previous experience in 5* Hotel in Guest Relations or Concierge capacity
• To have extensive knowledge of local area attractions/restaurants/activities etc.
• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Team player
• Reliable
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
