We are looking for Investment Development Specialist at Head Office in Istanbul, Seyrantepe.

With a strong focus on developing and managing projects in the hospitality, retail, and infrastructure sectors, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Invesments Development Specialist. This role will involve working closely with existing hotel, shopping mall, and airport management companies of the group, as well as spearheading new investment and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field,
• At least 5 years of professional experience especially in investment analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in the African market,
• Fluent in English is a must and French is a plus,
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to interact and maintain very good relationships with all levels of the organization,
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information,
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment,
• Familiarity with PPP and BOT project structures is a plus,
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
