Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for a qualified candidates for "Spare Parts Service Operations Specialist " position at our Textile Division located at headquarters in İstanbul.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• University degree from related departments in a reputable university,
• Very good command of written and spoken English and preferably French as a second language,
• SAP knowledge is required.
• Outstanding customer service skills and experienced working,
• Advanced coordination and communication skills,
• Well organised, excellent time management, detail-oriented and self-motivated,
• Good level of MS Office applications,
• Experience in running and operating ERP and CRM systems,
• Residing in Istanbul Assian part,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following-up of spare parts sales & service processes,
• Preparing, sending and tracking customer offers,
• Monitoring sales and service activities,
• Managing all suppliers and customer-side processes related to orders.
• Completing spare parts order fulfillment process from order entry to shipment and invoicing of the product at the desired time and condisitons in coordination with factory to ensure order accomplishment,
• In order to meet the spare part demands that occur as a result of service or customer notification, opening records via SAP and CRM system and creating orders from Staubli production units abroad.
