Junior Quality Test Specialist

Sönmez Transformer Company ( STS ) is a fast-growing company in the energy sector. STS manufactures power transformers, special transformers for different applications, and reactors. STS was founded in 1976. Our production plant is located in Dilovasi, Kocaeli and we have an office in Istanbul Anatolian Side. Our current export rate is more than 95% worldwide; the main markets we are working with our Central Europe, North America, and Australia.

We are searching for a Junior Quality Test Specialist for our young and dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

·        To prepare instructions for the production process,

·        To prevent any unsuitability with the product, taking needed actions about the process, and quality system,

·        Identifying and recording problems related to the product, process, and quality system, including senior-level management and board members,

·        Responsible to solve all customer complaints related to quality issues.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in related engineering departments,

·        +1 year of experience as a  Junior Quality Test Specialist in the production business,

·        Actively involved and experience in customer quality/supplier quality and project management

·        Advanced MS Office knowledge,

·        Experience in Railway projects is a plus,

·        Good command of ERP systems,

·        Fluent in English,

·        Good communication skills, team player, and self-motivated.
