Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a "Maintenance Engineer" teammate with the following qualifications to be employed at the Smart Wood Çorlu/Ulaş Factory operating in the food contact material manufacturing sector. 

Candidates who do not meet the following requirements will not be considered. Candidates who do not meet theforeign language criteria will not be considered.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Must be a mechanical engineer.

· Must have 2-3 years of experience in maintenance engineering.

· Must use Solidworks at a good level.

· Must have good command of written and spoken English.

· Must be able to submit a Criminal Record Record when requested.

· Will reside in Çorlu or Ergene/Yeşiltepe and Sağlık Mh.

Adapting to the rigor and discipline of the food industry,

· Able to follow the task assigned to him and present a report on the subject,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation of preventive maintenance plan.

Realisation of preventive, preventive and predictive maintenances.

Making breakdown root cause analysis.

Implementation and follow-up of permanant actions for recurring breakdowns.

Making permanent improvements to reduce failures ratios.

Determination, request and follow-up of spare parts required for maintenance and repair.

Supervision and follow-up of internal and external man/hour labor, materials used, services received, keeping reports.

Keeping maintenance, breakdown work orders, legal tests, reports.

Preparation and follow-up of maintenance key indicators.

Participating in project work on behalf of maintenance and providing technical support.
