QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or Automotive)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales positions in the automotive supplier industry
  • Great verbal and written communication skills (in English); further languages of advantage (e.g. German)
  • Advanced level of MS-Office applications (Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic working environments
  • Result oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented, constructive, and positive approach
  • Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge and experience in business and financial matters

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Examining the RFQs of international OEM / OES / IAM customers and starting and following the cost analysis process
  • Preparing and providing price quotations and Cost-Breakdowns to the responsible customers
  • Ensuring the necessary coordination with the relevant departments during project SOP and reporting the risks
  • Proactively developing sales plans, making profit-loss analyses of customer-based projects, and taking necessary actions to meet and exceed business objectives
  • Organizing and taking part in technical meetings with customers and relevant departments
  • Sustain and develop existing customers, identify, and develop new potential customers in the target markets to achieve and exceed the agreed sales budget
  • Visit fairs and customers on a regular basis
  • Follow market, competitor, and customer developments
  • Analysing and tracking changes in customers’ orders
  • Working in coordination with the Production Planning team to produce orders on time
  • Working closely with R&D department to introduce new products to customers
