Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Learning and Development Manager to join our team.

As a Learning and Development Manager at Foundever™, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
• Provide direction and finding creative solutions for the training and development of people.
• Developed talent training based on ongoing development programs.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
• Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities.
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
• Establish partnerships with companies and institutions to capacity our resources as much as possible

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Advanced level of German (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Professional certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of management
