We are looking for a "Senior Analysis and Reporting Specialist" for the Strategic Cooperation team of Sigortam.net.

Your profile:

· University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business or similar fields,

· At least 3 years of experience,

· Having strong reporting, follow-up, presentation skills,

· Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, problem-solving, prone to teamwork, disciplined,

· For experienced candidates, preferably with experience in marketing, product management, portfolio management, pricing and similar areas,

· Able to use Excel program at an advanced level,

· Preferably with knowledge of SQL,

· Open to change and have good communication skills,

· Having detailed research and analyze skills,

· Knowledge of optimization models.

Your role:

· To support market and competition analysis processes,

· Execution of feasibility processes of new business models and projects (management of 3rd party company operation process),

· To support the processes of the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans,

· Developing a model that will maximize company revenue,

· Supporting end-to-end management of channel campaigns,

· Identifying new research and development areas and carrying out projects in this regard in order to diversify the company's investments,

· Monitoring, reporting and analyzing company KPIs,

· Periodic publishing and monitoring of automatic reports,

· Analyzing report requests coming from different business units,

· Identifying and automating regularly needed reports,

· Supporting departments and projects by examining data sources and quality,

· Analyzing data and creating new analyzes that increase efficiency,

· Taking an active role in in-company presentations.
