QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The role offers a wide variety of interesting and challenging opportunities to the right candidate to join the team of Energy and Performance Services at Siemens Regional Solution & Services (SI RSS).
Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization are the mega trends of our time. As Siemens RSS, we offer our customers a cyclical and holistic solution in the field of sustainability. Our EPS scope include consulting, planning&design, turn-key implementation, operation and service works. We are searching for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic sales professional who will identify, develop and finalize new sales opportunities.
What are my responsibilities?
Connect and build relationship with existing and new customers to identify and qualify sales leads (develop sales funnel),
Coordinate with energy engineers to reveal EPS potentials and meet customer needs,
Develop comprehensive proposal that includes technical solutions, BoQ, costing, financial solutions, overall cost savings and payback/ROI calculations,
Make presentations representing our EPS department at customer meetings, seminars and the other organizations,
Work with operations, finance, procurement, legal, and other inside and outside resources to obtain customer commitment,
Conduct and finalize contract negotiation in coordination with the contract manager,
Make required preparation for efficient project handover to Project Management,
Keep current on market and business trends as well as local/EU legislation in energy efficiency,
Coordinate with other business units of Siemens working on energy efficiency and to contribute to the production of common strategies,
Location: Istanbul is the preferred location, however, open to other locations across Turkey.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
- 5+ years of consultative selling experience; energy performance contracting, renewable energy, building automation, retrofit and renovation project experience preferred,
- Technical knowledge of industrial heat recovery, boilers, compressed air units, pumps, HVAC systems, solar energy systems, energy monitoring and building management systems preferred,
- Basic knowledge of commercial fundamentals,
- Strong teammate with good interpersonal skills and customer focused,
- Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level,
- Fluent English both written and spoken,
- Active driver with no travel restrictions.
