We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Istanbul-Tuzla. We are looking for  “Senior Maintenance Engineer”, who will has a chance to get career opportunities in Maintenance Team in Istanbul Plant.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
• Having knowledge on the relevant maintenance practices
• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
• Strong analytical problem solving ability
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with SAP for purchase order requests, spare parts stock follow up and maintenance planning
• Advance level in both written and verbal English
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

• Manage checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems, utilities and infrastructures with both internal and external resources
• Ensure the availability of equipment in safe operating condition
• Complete root-cause analysis and countermeasure definition against breakdowns
• Manage maintenance KPIs, plan and execute the actions for improvement
• Manage planned maintenance activities, resources and schedule
• Keep well organized and detailed maintenance activity records
• Track consumed energy data and manage actions to reduce the consumption
• Track spare part stock, define and keep the parts required to minimize equipment down-time
• Support site engineering projects with maintenance and reliability perspectives
• Generate ideas on continuous improvement projects
