We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Istanbul-Tuzla. We are looking for  “HR Business Partner (Recruitment) ”, who will has a chance to get career opportunities in HR Team in Istanbul Plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
• 5+ years of relevant experience (Talent and Recruitment) in HR within a global matrix organization
• Has a passion for Talent Acquisition
• Has strong communication, research, planning, prioritization and organization skills
• Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
• Outstanding analytical and decision making skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Has experience with HRIS systems (ideally SAP Successfactor)
• No military obligation for male candidates

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Works closely with HR Manager to understand business needs and required skillsets.
• Conducts end-to-end recruitment process including search, mapping and candidate relations management activities for all level of positions within a dynamic environment.
• Contributes in HR Projects and partner with cross functional teams to support different functions of HR.
• Identifies future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Attracts suitable candidates through databases, online/digital tools, social media, etc.
• Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Performs reference checks.
• Facilitates the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Provides recruitment reports to managers.
• Coordinates onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement.
• Supports data integrity related to the HR systems including data management.
• Supports Employee Branding Activities such as campus events, internship projects etc.
• Suggests new ideas for improving talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
