Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the activities for which it is responsible are carried out in accordance with the laws and strategies, policies and procedures approved by the board management,

To ensure that the concept of the water sports department and the activities are fully appropriate,

To ensure quality and conformity control of materials and tools used,

To prepare purchasing lists for the materials needed in the department and to follow up the materials,

To apply the necessary management techniques for the team to work in a disciplined and orderly manner,

To provide the necessary training for the team, to inform in accordance with the standard and quality level,

Reporting the processes related to the department to the Operations Director,

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Water Sports Manager,

Experienced in implementing the standards, safety practices and procedures of the Watersports department,

Strong communication skills, able to provide guest satisfaction-oriented service,

Skilled and experienced in team management, advanced management skills,

Having enough network to establish a team,

Keeping income, expense accounts and budget control,

Have computer knowledge to report,

Captain's license,
