Job Description & Responsibilities:

Anticipating and meeting guests’ needs.

Handling special requests and personal preferences.

Assisting guests during welcome and farewell moments.

Managing crisis situations.

Organizing formal dinners, parties, or special events.

Conducting regular inspections of all butler areas, including occupied and unoccupied rooms, and collaborating with other operational departments, particularly food & beverage and front office, to handle VIP guest requests.

Ensuring all butlers under supervision report to their daily duties on time and are properly groomed and dressed.

Preparing work schedules and assigning tasks among staff.

Organizing training programs and contributing to the professional development of staff.

Monitoring team performance and supporting the achievement of results by rewarding excellence.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Guest Relations or/and Front Desk Operations with good communication skills,

Speaking, writing, reading English and Russian,

Positive attitude and willing to learn is must,

Ability to work with a flexible schedule, all shifts, weekends and holidays,
