We are looking for a "System Architect", who will work with us in our Technology department on this exciting journey, is at least as excited as we are to meet the expectations of our customers and has the following characteristics.

If you say “these expectations describe me exactly”;

• Expertise in design, building and operating large scale distributed systems that can sustain rapid growth
• Technical leadership, experience in high performing, agile teams.
• Experience in building and growing an engineering team.
• Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team and across the broader organization.
• Minimum 6 year experience in system and network administration
• Experience in system engineering team management
• Strong understanding of scalability and high-availability,
• Strong experience with monitoring and system reliability,
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Strong Experience in Linux/Windows/MacOS ,
• Strong Experience with backup and recovery
• Experience in Cloud Systems
• System and Network Security knowledge is a plus
• Cybersecurity, Security standards knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in script programming is a plus,
• Experience with common project management tools (JIRA, TRELLO, ASANA etc) is preferred.

• Leading all infrastructure including the distribution centers, Office, Software Systems
• Working in a highly dynamic environment that adapts widely-accepted system engineering best practices
• Articulate in English to read and understand specifications, API documents, perform written communications in English
• Analyzing network topology and system high-availability and scalability and conducting design process
• Leading system observability and traceability , detecting errors and solving problems
• Working for continuous improvement of system management and some devops processes
• Conducting research about different trends and technologies to make improvements for projects.
