We are looking for a Software Development Manager for a growing Last mile Delivery platform.  A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Expertise in design, building and operating large scale distributed systems that can sustain rapid growth
• Technical leadership and  architect, experience in high performing, agile teams.
• Experience in building and growing an engineering team.
• Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team and across the broader organization.
• Minimum 8 year experience in software developing
• Minimum 3 year experience in software development team management
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies,
• Strong experience with unit testing libraries,
• Strong Experience in GIT/TFS,
• Strong experience with Azure SQL, Elasticsearch, Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB etc.
• Experience in .Net Core, Azure App Service/Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) etc.
• Experience on Design Patterns,
• Experience with relational database systems and SQL,
• Experience in Web development and REST/SOAP,
• Experience in microservice architecture is a plus.
• Experience in serverless architecture is a plus

• The Software Development manager will be primarily responsible for developing new features and extending existing ones + creating unit tests for the developed software, using the TDD approach.
• The person will work in a highly dynamic environment that adapts widely-accepted software engineering best practices.
• Articulate in English to read and understand specifications, API documents, perform written communications in English
• Analyzing software projects technically and conducting design process,
• Conducting tests, detecting errors and solving problems,
• Working for continuous improvement of software process,
• Conducting research about different trends and technologies to make improvements for projects.
