If you say “these expectations describe me exactly”;

• Having at least 2 years of experience in related HR functions
• Being familiar with job evaluation methodology
• Experienced in salary and performance management
• Having an excellent command of MS Office programs
• Having knowledge of SAP HR module
• Graduated with at least Bachelor’s degree in related departments
• Having an excellent command of written and spoken English

If you say “I have it happily” for these responsibilities;

• Managing SAP HR database together with its all integrated systems/platforms in close coordination with related Payroll and IT admins, ensuring the highest quality of personnel data and reporting
• Carrying out HR Analytics projects and providing any sort of HR management adhoc reports
• Carrying out job evaluation studies within the organisation, preparing/analysing salary benchmarking data through annual salary survey and comparison tools
• Being responsible for compensation&benefits processes and performance management systems
• Carrying out the annual workforce planning/personnel budget studies and periodic forecasts throughout the year
• Supporting other HR functions and taking an active part in HR process improvement and agile projects
