Job Description Summary

Seltek Gauging is a leading manufacturer of Quality Measurement and Control Systems for a variety of products & industries.  We are continuously growing with our state of the art technology projects worldwide, with non-stop R&D projects in parallel.

We are looking for a Project Manager for our team to be in direct contact with our USA project teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

·       With attending face-to-face/online meetings with USA projects’ engineering teams,  gathering all requests/notes about the projects, forwarding these requests/notes to all inhouse departments (electrical & mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly and commercial departments) and following-up for requested time-lines,

·       Leading all technical departments for timely production in compatible with the projects’ schedules with close & continuous coordination,

·       Following up the project costs and keeping up with the corresponding project budgets,

·       Organizing the delivery of the completed projects according to customer schedules and ensuring all requested delivery details,

·       Recording and updating all kind of documentation of the projects in coordination with the customer project teams,

Qualifications/Requirements:

·       Advanced level of written and spoken English (Especially advanced level of telecommunication for remote kick-off/project meetings with our foreign customers),

·       Graduate of Engineering Departments of reputable universities (preferably departments as mechanical, electrical, automotive, aviation..etc departments),

·       Min 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industries,

·       Suitable to work with many projects & variety of disciplines at the same time with strong organizational, communication and time management skills,

·       Ability to take initiative and responsibility, setting customer satisfaction as a priority.
