Job description :

The human resources business partner will be responsible for the HR processes of the finance, customer communication, sales and administrative affairs departments, especially the technology and R&D center, affiliated to the company's general directorate.

Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, reporting to the HR Directorate.

Taking an active role in the talent acquisition process; recruiting, developing employer branding.

To provide active support on talent development, training and performance monitoring.

Representing the HR Department in the company's international investments and customer acquisition.

To have information about the legal processes related to the employees.

Planning and developing the employee engagement and motivation processes of the relevant units.


Requirements:

Graduated from related departments of universities

Preferably with experience in international companies

Preferably worked in the human resources department of the technology sector

Minumum 3 years of work experience as HR Business Partner or HR Excecutive role

Advanced communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent customer experience and communication skills,

Good research and analytical skills

Fluent in writing and speaking English

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
