University degree in science (chemistry, phar-macy or chemical/industry engineering), and/or business administration • Fluent in English and proficient in site local Language. • Preferable +5 year experience in the pharmaceutical environment

İŞ TANIMI

Represent the site in cross-functional project teams to ensure coordination of all activities at site level. Setup and lead local and/or global cross-functional project teams to ensure time to market / implementation of all on-going life-cycle activities. Support preparation of business cases incl. financial evaluation, provide -reports/updates to facilitate Management decision-making on life cycle activities. Define and establish the submission and implementation strategy with all responsible in alignment with the NTO strategy Define and establish the master data strategy together with MDG Set-up the project charter, status report and baseline planning Ensure information flow to CPO’s and sites together with the responsible function Drive the definition of project milestones, ensure its implementation as per agreed timelines Identify potential risks, elaborate contingency plans as appropriate Align inventory level for launch products, bridging-/contingency- stocks for change projects, transfers, pruning and divestment projects with responsible function Provide SCM input to SA and TS procedures Consolidate, ensure Site input project assessment to IBP Product / Project Review meeting Ensure project is implemented as per defined strategy. Ensure visibility of the current valid supply plan. Monitors the delivery commitments( quantities and timelines) in accordance to the SLAs. Manages backlog and backorders between the Site and customers/ next supply points. Ensures direct communication with Customers and internal and external stakeholders. Leads implementation of LC projects to ensure compliant drug supplies, on time and in right quality. Delivers and maintains a detailed Change Over Plan for LC projects regarding implementation dates, according to the overall strategic project/ program plan, to allow for early local Master Data set-up and planning at site and in countries. Works with a variety of stakeholders. Actively seek alignment with the experts from different functions. Responsible for the up-to-date assortment at SKU level of assigned brands. Provides the trigger for follow-ups on obsolete SKU Master Data to all stakeholders, via COP Notification, Data Directory. Drive process improvements by participating cross-functional/cross Supply unit initiatives.
