JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure timely delivery of orders by working closely with the dispatching department and freight forwarders

Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on delivery schedules and answer any questions or concerns they may have

Prepare way-bills, packing slips and load plans to ensure efficient use of transportation resources

Deliver required paperwork to freighters and customers to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements

Collaborate with the planning department to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
