Who are we looking for?

• Universities in Psychology, Business, Economics, Labor Economics etc. graduates,
  
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Management,Performance Management, Employee Relations processes,
• Acting with a focus on continuous learning and development,
• Strong communication skills,
• Able to support Internal Customer processes and sensitive to, valuing, supporting Stakeholders,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

What are the Responsibilities?

• End-to-end execution of recruitment processes,
• Contacting Kariyer Net, Linkedin or consultancy firms for the Selection and Placement function and posting online advertisements,
• Effective use of candidate channels, creating a candidate pool by developing alternative channels,
• Conducting online or telephone interviews with candidates,
• Analyzing the competencies of the interviewed candidates and preparing detailed reports on candidate basis,
• Supporting month-end reporting and international reporting processes,
• Storing the records of the interviewed candidates in the database,
• Supporting Human Resources projects,
• Execution of employee performance evaluation, promotion and job change processes.
• Supporting in-house training plans.
