QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to do out job more diligently.

Operations are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.


The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, jointly Working with Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CSO. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.


The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Annual Bonus will be based on store number growth, revenue growth and profit control accumen.


Responsibilities

 • To design plans and procedures in line with the company's business strategies and to manage daily operations,

 • Setting comprehensive targets for increasing company performance and growth

 • Creating policies that improve company culture and vision 

• Observing the daily activities of the company and providing support to the managers' work (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.). 

• To ensure that company employees work with high performance and 

• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

 • Writing and sending reports to the CEO on all important issues

 • Supporting fundraising initiatives at the request of the CEO (ask the US, because this is a management preference, the CEO may not want to include the COO) 

• Participating in activities created in line with the company's growth strategies (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.) 

• Managing relationships with all business partners and providers Requirements

 • Experienced as COO • Competent in business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing

• Competent in strategic planning and business development 

• Experienced in data analysis and performance/operation metrics 

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of IT/Business infrastructure and 

• Have high level organizational and leadership skills 

• Have excellent communication and interaction skills 

• Decision-making and problem-solving skills 

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master of Business Administration will be considered as a plus
