As REED Turkey, we are looking for a Technical Services Manager with the following qualifications for our customer operating in the Industrial Printing Machinery Industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from related Engineering departments of universities (Electrical-Electronics Engineering)

• Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor who has actively worked in the Technical Service department for at least 3 years as a manager or has managerial qualifications.

• Experienced in managing a team in the Technical Service department and worked with the team in the field.

• Able to read electronic circuit diagram

• Able to actively use Ms Office Programs

• Good knowledge of English

• Have a driver's license

• Strong planning and organizational skills that can take responsibility by following maintenance processes

• Has a well-developed follow-up ability, has a planned working principle, is result-oriented, has a strong follow-up direction, can think analytically

• Strong communication skills

• Aiming at a career in Technical Service

• Male candidates must have completed military service

• Living in Istanbul

Responsibilities:

• Production facility consisting of Technical Service Experts

• To make daily, monthly service plan

• Assembling the industrial equipment sold to the manufacturing factories to the factories

• To provide service in factories of industrial facilities sold to manufacturing factories

• Customer appreciation by performing customer visits

• Ordering and selling spare parts

• Renewing the maintenance that the Technical Service specialists could not complete

• Providing training on creating a training program by sending the technical information forms published in the manufacturer company to the team
