Senior Technical Quality Engineer

Job Description 

• To take part in the preparation of yearly audit plans with Technical Quality Executive,
• To take part in internal/external quality audits, perform audits as an auditor when authorized, prepare checklists,
• To follow-up training, authorization and license due dates of the Company personnel,
• To take part in authorization assessments and to prepare and compile authorization documents, 
• To record and follow up audit reports, findings and related corrective actions, perform communications with relevant departments, analyze trends and root causes, prepare necessary periodical reports,
• To take part in certification activities of the company; communicate with the Authorities as necessary, carry out related formal communications on behalf of the Company,
• To support the Technical Quality Executive in development of the manuals such as MOE, MTOE, POE, ADOE, Job Descriptions, Instructions etc. and their revisions, take part in their implementation in the Company,
• To ensure SHY-M, SHY-145, SHY-66, SHY-147, SHY-21 and all other applicable regulations are carried out within the Company,
• To record and follow up company and department targets/goals, prepare necessary periodical progress reports,
• To participate non-routine projects and follow-up related process of applications and approvals,
• To follow up developments related to quality and aviation, attend necessary trainings and workshops,
• To perform additional related tasks requested by the Technical Quality Executive.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic or Industrial Engineering,
•  Having at least 5 years of working experience in similar position at civil aviation industry,
• Having at least 3 years of auditing experience in the area of SHY-145/SHY-M,(SHY-66/147 & SHY-21 auditing experiences are desirable),
• Knowledge and experience in aircraft systems is preferred,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Turkish,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
