QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree educated from a reputable Universities as Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and other related departments,
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in logistics services,
• Experience in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Overland Freight Logistic services and Supply Chain Issue,
• Knowledge in warehousing and custom process,
• Must have Operation or Sales background,
• Flent English in speaking and writing,
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
• Able to analyze sector and potential markets,
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills,
• Ambitious, Self-Confident, Teamwork & Collaboration,
• Flexible for traveling,
• Active driving experience,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for new business development: New business growth through acquiring new customer logos,
• Maintaining and building a focused on new business and with a high drive to support the CFR Sector
• Planning and executing the RFQ strategies: defining a strategic approach focused on value proposition and solutions both internally and to external customers, while partnering with product heads to ensure delivery of client-specific solutions,
• Identification of new opportunities proactively increasing the footprint of new business with the customers,
• Collaborating with the team in ensuring and exchanging best practices,
• Support the development of sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets,
• Effectively transitioning new business to operations and ensuring customer requirements are met,
• Identify opportunities for process improvements,
• Handling escalations from customers and internally.
