Job Description

• Short, medium and long term budget and reporting budget studies and revised forecasts according to changing conditions.
• Improving the reporting order, processes and maintaining it in sustainable quality.
• Actively supporting the preparation process of the monthly reporting package in line with the International Accounting Standards.
• To examine the accuracy and adequacy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and to ensure that reconciliations with IFRS adjustments made in accordance with procedures.
• Preparation for reporting and regular management reviews on financial performance.
• Analysis of variance between actual and planned results as well with prior year’s figures.
• Performing the analysis and reporting process of budget deviations.
• Support the preparation of actual financial statements on a monthly basis according to the management principles. 

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering Departments,
• Having min. 5 years experience in budgeting, reporting, and controlling processes,
• Good knowledge of IFRS, SAP and MS Office applications,
• Being able to adapt quickly,
• Good command of English,
• Having experience of working with independent audit companies or former professional experience,
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive attitude,
• Having developed analytical thinking skills and, being able to take initiative,
• Having sense of responsibility and being a good team player,
• Attentive, success oriented, having problem solving and judgement skills,
• Having creative, innovative approaches with an open mind.
