As part of Polisan Holding Group, Polisan Yapıkim Yapı Kimyasallarıoffers construction chemicals solutions for the market by manufacturing concrete admixtures, cement additives, underground chemicals and mortar-based solutions.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Istanbul. The role will be based at Polisan Holding HQ in Maltepe. The role is a permanent full-time position. You will have the opportunity to work at the heart of a rapidly growing business in Construction Business Unit, where you will collaborate cross functionally with R&D and Commercial teams to support the Go To Market strategy for products in development and ready to be launched, as well as supporting customers with existing products. The ideal candidate is data driven and technical on one side, and on another, exhibits strong strategic thinking, experience in marketing campaigns and has the energy and drive to own projects from ideation to execution together with a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media, Business Management, Economics (MBA degree is a plus),
• 5+ years experience in Marketing Strategy, Technical Sales, Product Management or Brand Management in Construction Chemicals industry,
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, combined with excellent business acumen,
• Curiosity associated with creative thinking and the ability to tackle complex problems,
• Strong communication skills to internal stakeholders and customers, both oral and in writing,
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities,
• Advanced MS Office skills and hands-on SAP experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Comfortable with frequent travelling.

 Job Description

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing plan for your market in cooperation with your peers, Sales, R&D and customers,
• Conduct market research in order to identify market needs and trends for product development opportunities,
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for business performance monitoring and future campaign development,
• Develop strategic recommendations for penetration both on existing and new markets to support future profitability of the business,
• Monitor and benchmark marketing activities of competitors, develop winning value propositions and key points of differentiation relative to competitive alternatives,
• Prepare communication, promotion, and marketing material in line with corporate communications policy,
• Work with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets,
• Build and deepen the company’s online presence and digital marketing,
• Promote actively by attending and presenting the company at industry conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows to keep informed of industry developments, wider technology changes and future trends.
