QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Plant Non Production Buyer for our Purchasing Team in Dilovası Plant.

Support procurement process compliance and implementation of Purchasing strategy for Non-Production
Commercial Negotiation on Spot and annual basis (price / payment terms / delivery, analysis and evaluation of bids to determine the optimal values)
Reporting (rebate program, annual and spot savings)
Management of sourcing on new projects relating to Non-Production Commodity
RFI / RFQ management and administration on spot and annual basis
PR’s / Orders management (Approval, Manual print, release & sending)
Suppliers / Internal customer claims management
Consolidation of existing supplier portfolio
Contract management and revision for new and existing contract
Purchasing office administration work (Archive, contracts + reporting)
Master data management – NonProd – new part + MRP
Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements

Knowledge required:

University degree in related field
Buyer Experience of minimum 2-3 years in Purchase of Non-Production material (pref. Automotive)
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Excel and SAP
Strong negotiations skills,
Strong Processes Knowledge,
Ability to work individually on projects,
Stress management,
