Operational Buyer (Electronics)

We are looking for ‘’Operational Buyer (Electronics)’’ for our Purchasing Team in Tuzla Plant. 

• To comply with the requirements of all Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Q1 and other customer requirements), to perform the necessary controls and reports within the scope of their responsibilities, to audit the results,
• Purchase goods/Materials/components( electronical components,PCB, Wireharness components) in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets,
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities,
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations,
• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements,
• Part number maintenance price, lead time, alternatives MOQ to ensure the information is current, reliable, and available to other users,
• Regularly review and update internal process documentation,
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers,
• Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships,
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues,
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods,
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
• Manage design changes implementation with suppliers,
• Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the
  organisation.
