Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
• At least 3 years of Indirect Purchasing experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong communication & negotiation skills with excellent organizing and planning skills
• Able to manage purchasing operations in a multinational environment
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Advanced reporting and Microsoft Office Skills & SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Military service should be completed/exempt for male candidates

Job Description:

• Manage operatively processes of Indirect Purchasing area and order placement in compliance with the central/local strategies and priorities and applying the available frame agreements defined at central level 
• Manage the purchasing activities for the Marketing, PR, HR, General Services and related functions of the company
• Guarantee the right delivery of materials/services to the plants
• Collect and issue to the manager the data needed for the periodical reporting
• Directly negotiate agreements to meet specific local needs
• Contribute to the process of homologation of the suppliers
• Participation in the process of researching the local market for competitive suppliers
• Manage at local level the relationships with the suppliers, ensuring efficiency, monitoring the purchasing conditions and evaluating the performances of the suppliers (e.g.: Vendor Rating process)
• Claim management and Conflict resolution
• Managing CRP (Cost Reduction Program) in local area and following them closely
• Preparing monthly forecast reports regarding cost basis
