QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Administration Assistant” for our multinational client, who operates hydropower plant projects.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
- Professional communication and cooperation skills
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Located in İstanbul, Anatolian side
- Being responsible for the general operation and order of the office
- Organizing meeting organizations, hotel and flight reservations
- Receiving, monitors and directs incoming calls, visitors, mails
- Reporting of daily revenues, supporting account department
- Assisting the manager if necessary
