Now, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Campaign Management to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience translating business requirement documents into functional specifications
• Experience with campaign management tools such as SAS Marketing Automation or other campaign management tools.
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Excellent command in English
• Strong written (email, reporting, presentation) and verbal (informal, presentation) communication skills
• Ability to manage effective relationships and handle pressure
• Excellent planning, organising, problem solving and communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work for design and execution of CRM Strategy including Campaign management, CRM platform
• Responsible for the business and technical analysis of the CRM processes
• Work with related parties to enrich customer database to enhance targeting and personalization for marketing campaigns leveraging data in Pegasus’s Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Help in developing and implementing best practices, standards, methodologies, etc. around campaign processes & automation
• Support/mentor Business team with campaign issues/design, data analysis, and overall technical needs
