Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• 8+ years of experience,
• 2+ years of team lead experience,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good in personal organization and project management,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.

In this role, you will

• To provide the planning, execution, revision, and coordination of planned/unplanned maintenance, repairs, and related activities of ground support equipment in a safe and secure, timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner,
• Ensuring that the equipment is checked at specified periods, that activities to eliminate detected malfunctions are carried out by opening a work order, recorded and approved,
• Maintaining that out-of-service/inactive equipment is put into service as soon as possible, controlled and reported, and that necessary precautions are taken to prevent malfunctions
• Keeping the equipment inventory up to date and ensuring the coordination of preliminary reports and activities regarding the equipment/vehicles to be deducted from the inventory,
• Ensuring that the performance and targets of the personnel are monitored at specified time intervals, following their development and reporting them to their subordinate managers,
• Keeping the inventory of materials, tools, tools, and equipment to be used in maintenance-repair activities, determining their needs, and taking part in budgeting
• To ensure that the technical reports required for the equipment are determined, that the necessary tests are carried out or obtained from the manufacturer and that the updates of the reports and tests are kept up to date,
