IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be a part of our global customers&projects.

We are Patika Global Technology – a technology solutions company that develops custom software for different industries such as Retail, Healthcare, FMCG focusing mostly on logistics and sales functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist and support project team members in completing the project

• Coordinate and schedule execution of the project

• Review, assess and evaluate execution of the project on a regular basis

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues arising in a project

• Perform cost analysis of a project

• Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits

• Develop project reports on a timely basis

• Handle multiple projects

• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables

• Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period

• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments

• At least 4 years of IT business analysis experience

• Experience in a similar position in software development projects from 3 years.               

• Strong understanding of Global Roll out projects

• Knowledge of ERP and 3rd party tools, willing to learn.

• Excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills

• A conscientious, detail-oriented character

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent English & Turkish

• A team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi project environment

• be able to work in flexible working hours

• Quick to adapt to change, fast learner
