The Requirements:

·      B.A./ B.S. degree from a reputable local or international university.

·      Willingness to work in the field of human resources consultancy

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with desire to build relationships.

·      Desire to be a part of an extensive network of professionals in all sorts of businesses.

·      Excellent project and client management skills with the aim of maintaining the overall quality of the service provided from start to finish.

·      Strong entrepreneurial skills with adherence to ethical and moral conduct in all relations.

·      Self-motivated and result oriented personality.

·      Ability to deal with strict deadlines in a dynamic work environment

·      Excellent command of English.

       Job Description:

·      Providing quality and result driven solutions for our partners and working with a team of senior consultants whose total experience exceeds 50 years of consultancy practice

·      The successful incumbents will be responsible for the overall project and client management of different assignments in different industries and management levels.

·      The role will need close interaction and networking with clients as well as top notch professionals both in Turkey and abroad.

·      Assisting senior consultants in industry and candidate research, the candidates will need to demonstrate creative and pinpoint solutions in order to best fulfil our client’s needs.

       Identifying the targets, building a pool of candidates for the assignments, arranging interviews as well as conducting them over time, administrating the database management for the related assignments, preparing client and interview reports, and following up the whole assignment process are among other responsibilities.
