REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a "Project Leader" with the following characteristics to be employed at our ORAUBursa factory.

• University degree in Engineering Departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
• Advanced level of English.
• 3-4 years of experience on project management in a complex and challenging environment, preferably in automotive industry
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• High analytical mind,

• Problem Solving abilities 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Increase the product & process feasibility by teamwork with Product Designer
• Project Planning in plant paralell to PM project plan with Plant and Global functions
• PSW Coordination with OEM and within plant
• Design Change Management 
• RFQ feasibility and study
• Prototype production following 
• Deviation of Process
• Execute the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as key point of contact other parts of organization and the customer for the project.
