İŞ TANIMI:
Beyaz ve mavi yaka işe alım süreçlerini yönetmek
Oryantasyon eğitimlerini planlamak ve yürütmek,
Eğitim ihtiyaçlarını tespit etmek, eğitimleri planlamak ve yürütmek,
Performans değerlendirme sistemini kurmak ve yürütülmesini sağlamak,
Disiplin süreçlerini yürütmek,
Çalışan bağlılığı ve motivasyonunu arttırmaya yönelik sistemler geliştirmek
İş sağlığı ve güvenliği konularının yürütülmesi ve denetimi
Aylık ve günlük puantaj işlemlerini yapmak,
Maaş bordrolarının hazırlamak,
Maaş ödemesi ve diğer ödemeler sonrasında Muhasebe ve Finans Departmanları ile mutabakat sürecinin yürütülmesi,
