We are looking for a “Night Manager” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
  
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead all the night operation first of all with guest satisfaction,
  
• Welcome and assist guests during the overnight hours, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns,
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management,
• Handle any guest complaints or emergencies effectively and professionally, following hotel protocols and procedures,
• Prepare nightly reports and communicate any significant events or issues to the management team,
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
