Service Technician - Kayseri

Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Technicians within the development of its activities in Kayseri to fill the owing position in field operations in;

Essential Experiences, Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineer/Technician education in Electrical Fields,
• At least 2 years of vocational experience,
• Quick grasp and ability in decision making, 
• Good communication skills,
• Basic H&S knowledge and ability to develop further in this area,
• Used to deal with SAP and common IT-Tools,
• Flexible in working time and area and used to be traveling,
• German language skill is a definite advantage, EKAT Certificate is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and faultfinding,
• Carry out complex repair-processes in cooperation with the local trainer/dispatcher,
• Carry out planned maintenance-/inspection-activities with subcontractors,
• Fill in reports and checklists in order to completely inform the Local Operations Manager,
• Inform customer in case of works on the turbine, Carry out repair or exchange of main components,
• Check the inventory of spare parts stock and be responsible for material on site,
• Guarantee that tasks are realized with high quality and in time,
• Responsible for material, tools and property of Nordex,
• Carry out tasks in accordance with Nordex manuals and regulations,
• Keep all H&S related instructions and guidelines and work safely for material and personnel.
