Product Development Methodology

We are a young and dynamic team that creates leading solutions with vertical expertise. We carry out our work in a planned and systematic manner. We develop our products using iterative/incremental software development methodologies. Each iteration covers main software development stages and is aimed to gain a series of new features. We apply practices such as case driven requirement gathering, user interaction diagrams, object oriented design, as well as solution design workshops in order to develop products that meet the requirements of our customers in a timely manner with high quality.

We develop software products by strictly applying critical engineering principles; like layered architectures, microservices, design patterns, multi-tenancy, and similar approaches. During the version development sprints, the first stage is the solution design study. It consists of evaluating the business requirements, impact analysis and technical design of the product’s features. Quality assurance team applies manual & automated tests to validate the functionality and the performance of our products.

Our R&D Team is continuously working on new technologies & approaches such as deep learning, data mining, big data analysis in order to improve productivity and performance.

Job Description

• Plan and manage software projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
• Manage multiple CRM & BPM implementation projects ranging in size and scope simultaneously
• Align the company’s general business goals with the project’s objectives and outcomes
• Ensure resource availability and allocation with the collaboration of product managers and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients, teammates and other service providers to build strong relationships and achieve objectives
• Conduct process & integration analysis with the business stakeholders as well as technical parties.
• Develop & review solution design reports with the business analysts
• Communicate with cross-discipline teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Monitor project progress, prepare and present status reports, keep stakeholders informed
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Meet with clients and project team members to identify and resolve conflicts and issues
• Analyze, make estimates, plan and manage existing clients’ new requirements and change requests
• Work close with sales & business development for analyzing new customers’ requirements, make estimates and prepare draft plans for the projects

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of experience in software business analysis & software project management
• Having a strong technical background
• Good interpersonal skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills, strong team-oriented attitude, proactive and detail-oriented nature
• Deep understanding of software project management methodologies, tools & techniques
• Knowledge of software development, agile methodologies, web applications, web services and similar technologies
• Analytical thinking and detailed analysis competence
• Having conflict resolution skills
• Competent in understanding, prioritizing and resolving customer needs
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects and tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar technical fields
