QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from relevvant university departmants ( Administrative, Social Science or Industrial Engineering etc. ) or Master's degree in Human Resources Management,
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development,
  • Well-developed interviewing and assessment skills,
  • High corporate communication skills,
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience is preferred,
  • Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
  • Team management skills,
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs,
  • For male candidates must have completed military service.

The Hr Specialist Responsible For

  • Executing all HR functions such as Recruitment, Career Management, Performance Management, Personnel Operations, Employee Relations etc. ,
  • Leading or contributing to HR related projects,
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures with corporate values,
  • To perform job analysis of new positions that may arise in line with organizational growth and change, to implement promotion, training, talent management and performance evaluation processes,
  • To implement and follow up all disciplinary processes within the framework of company policy, procedure and labor law,
  • To ensure that employee / manager interim evaluation and exit interviews are carried out.

Processes Waiting For You

1st Step: Meeting with the Human Resources Department,

2nd Step: Sending general ability test and personality inventory to candidates whose first interview is completed positivel,

3rd Step: Organizing a face-to-face meeting with the General Manager and Human Resources Manager of the candidates who have successfully completed the test,

4th Step: Sharing the job offer letter with our candidates who have successfully completed all the processes.
