Master Production Scheduler

We are currently looking for a Master Production Scheduler to provide consistently feasible and optimized MPS / Inter-Market Supply plans to meet customer service objective while maintaining optimal stock cover that also considers the cost of distributions.

Key Experiences:

•  University degree (Preferably in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Industrial/Management Engineering),
•       Should have at least 2 to 3 years in supply planning,
•       Should be qualified at MS-Office and SAP,
•       Preferably knowledge of Production planning,
•       Proficiency in English,
•       Beverage sector experience is a plus.
•       No military obligation for Male candidates,

Main Responsibilities:

·       "Create a feasible production plan that takes into consideration,

        -available capacity

        -available labour

        -available materials

so that it best balances expected stock covers and availabilities of finished and semi-finished goods."       

•        Enter the created production plan into SAP and check SKU stock quantities in weekly 
•        Establish an 18 month production plan for the factories within their responsibility        
•      Identification of possible supply opportunities and threats for the factory within the coming 18-month horizon                                              
•      Exceptions management: Analyse exceptions, to take business decisions and to adjust planning results accordingly. Establish revised production requirements for short and long term and to follow up on the same.                                          
•       Analyse relevant supply parameters and seek for improvements on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle time, production frequency, frozen period, R&P inventory level etc, to drive optimum FG inventory level.                                                        
•   Give advance information on labour requirements for short to medium term.                                            
•     Establish stock policies for Finished Goods basis output of unbundling exercise. Periodically review the stock level of the market to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.                                           
•        Scenario planning ensuring supply against various demand scenarios
