QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a HR Specialist  ( Disabled )  to join our HR team, who will lead to supporting HR processes in a various aspects to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Purchasing Order & Purchasing Request Process ; Preparing, creating and following all needed PR and PO request according to the needs of HRTeam.           
  • Benefit – The operation of the Gift package process given to the employees.           
  • Personal File responsibility; Creation of the personnel file of the employees who have been hired, tracking and archiving of the exit documents of the employees leaving the job. Responsibility for the general organization of the archive. Being responsible of personal file and documentation process of foreign employees (Inpat & Expat)       
  • Transfer/Promotion; Preparing and distributing the letters in the most accurate way according to the packages worked in the promotion or transfer processes of the employees. Comparing the records with the system on a monthly basis and ensuring that the correct information is reflected in the system on time.
  • Managing the announcement process for transfer/ promotions with HR Department Assistant.                      
  • Dashboards; Supporting completeness and accuracy of data within the existing dashboards. Supporting the creation of new ones wherever digitilization is possible in order to provide right insights and related stakeholders on time.                      
  • System Development; Supporting the localization of SuccessFactors (main HR process internal platform) by being involved in to the testing process and providing translations. Supporting training material creation process for line manager, employee and HRBP development for SF usage/ processes               
  • Performance and Talent Cycle - Supporting performance and talent cycle for NiM by planning announcements, organizing meetings and the master data on the system.                    
  • Supporting the creation of questionnaries on the system, dashboards, presentations. Sending invitations to focus group meetings.                       
  • Supporting of document preparation demanded by the auditors in external and internal audit processes.

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• University degree

• Worked in cross-functional teams.

• Worked in operational environment.

• Communicated effectively with different organisational levels.

• Took proactive approach to anticipate issues or improve current practices.

• Good command of communication in English

• Demonstrated capability of working independently
