QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
CRM Data Analyst & Technical Specialist
· BS graduates from related departments of reputable universities
· Have Master's degree preferably in MIS, data engineering, statistics or digital marketing
· At least 1 year of experience in CRM data analysis, data mining and/or database management
· Fluent in English
· Prone to teamwork, willing to work in coordination with many internal and external teams
· Have previous agency management experience
· Interested in customer relationship management, unstructured/structured data, data relationships and analysis
· Have previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
· Have knowledge of SQL and experienced in querying/collecting data
· Have digital project management experience and knowledge of project management methodologies preferably
· Experienced in developing reports in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI
· Have good reporting skills, able to effectively use Microsoft Office tools in addition to data visualization tools
Job Description
Reporting to CRM Manager for Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, Etat Pur brands and umbrella brand NAOS,
· Responsible for CRM technical matters, database, data mining and analytics.
· Ensuring that data from different sources is properly integrated into the CRM system.
· Doing maintenance of data tables regularly. Controlling data deduplication and determining obstacles that prevent deduplication and taking actions accordingly.
· Management of CRM integration projects. Monitoring existing integrations. Making sure that the bidirectional data flow between the CRM system and third-party softwares is set up properly.
· Data mining through customer and sales data and observing purchasing behaviors based on skin type analyzes. Doing data modellings such as RFM, propensity etc.
· Omnichannel analysis using the customer database. Creating campaign target groups by identifying customer segments and personas.
· Determining customer lifetime value of segments based on purchase history and skin type.
· Analyzing pharmacy and consumer campaigns and providing useful insights to brand teams for future campaigns.
· Taking necessary actions for automated reporting of campaigns and sales results in B2B and B2C channels.
· Ensuring that all order & invoicing processes are running smoothly for B2B and B2C channels. Collaborating CRM agency, IT and invoice software teams accordingly.
Assisting teams for automated lifecycle campaigns to be set up in eCRM channels.
