We are looking for a IT Senior Specialist for the IT Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.

·         2+ years experience in IT infrastructure, systems & networking relevant position

·         Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time & complexity effectively

·         Experience in technical project management & retail sector is a plus

·         Effective and constructive communication with all business units to ensure efficient process workflow

·         Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated challenger, able to perform with deadlines in a multi-tasking environment

·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

·         Good command of written and spoken English is a must

·         Experienced in;

• Installing and working with Microsoft Windows Server OS
• Virtualization of servers (Vmware, HyperV, HA cluster, migration, etc..)
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
• Storage architecture and management (HP, EMC, Netapp etc..)
• Mail server management (Exchange etc..)
• Database management (Access, MSSQL, MySQL etc..)
• Cisco switching, routing, troubleshooting
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• Experience managing Active Directory
• Firewall management (Palo Alto, Fortinet etc..)
• VOIP knowledge
• Responsibilities may require evening, weekend, and holiday work in response to the needs of the business

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Responsible for Store and HQ server, network system and ERP projects,

·         Responsible for the sustainability of the servers and network infrastructure

·         Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis and tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to the vendor.

·         Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching

·         Responsible for IT Technical Project Planning, coordinated execution & reporting within defined deadlines, quality and budget constraints

·         Manage and maintain the Storage systems

·         Manage and maintain virtual server platform (Vmware, HyperV)

·         Ensure all company data is backed up consistent with company requirements

·         Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the company server environment, including ERP, Exchange, SQL, Active Directory

·         Verify all hardware is in proper working order for servers, workstations, network equipment, and other network-based systems as needed

·         Ability to stay organized and on top of many simultaneous initiatives to ensure any problems or projects are followed up on and completed
