QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for Senior People Partner who will be part of our People and Culture Team for our head office.

Reporting to Head of People and Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner should lead all processes in Employee Life Cycle such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, support Mood Up teams in a multicultural environment.

  • Min. 5 years of experience in relevant field of HR capabilities
  • Advanced level of English
  • Ability to work within a diversified business culture, strong interpersonal and communication skills, business partnering and influencing skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to run comprehensive analysis, focus on details
  • Excellent project management skills including planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptation capability
  • Disciplined with commitments in a multi-tasking environment with a sense of urgency
  • Team player and customer focused
  • The ability to work both strategically and operationally


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR managers to recruit and develop local team, including office headcount planning, end to end recruitment process, onboarding and off boarding process and to conduct training and orientation for new comers.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management, etc.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide the strategic approaches to attract, motivate, and retain talents. Provide advice on organization structure, workforce planning and compensation and benefits policies. Overall the performance management process, promotion process, salary review, bonus cycle, employee engagement events and etc.
  • Develop and interpret HR policies, procedures, guidelines and programs always ensuring alignment with HQ for local business needs.
