We are looking for a "Human Resources Specialist / Executive" with the following qualifications to be employed inIzmit Plant

Qualifications

Graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering of Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration or Engineering faculties of universities,

At least 6 years of experience in Administrative Affairs, Payroll, Recruitment , Talent Management  & Performance Management, Employee Relations processes,

Fluent in English and able to use it actively

Preferably SAP HR, SuccessFactors and MEYER etc. able to use programs

Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills

High self-discipline and self-motivation,

Able to reside in İzmit,

Job Description

Managing Human Resources processes throughout the plant with Marmara HR Manager coordination,

Ensuring employee loyalty and supporting their development together with the leaders in the plant,

Managing and monitoring the recruitment process,

Taking additional roles and responsibilities in line with company goals,

Implementation and management of applications such as performance management, career development, employee engagement in the plant by being a solution partner.

Supporting the factory management team in the Performance Management process,

Taking part in new application and development projects,

Taking an end-to-end role in making plans, projects and implementations to be adapted to the factory,

Organizing the training, implementing and following the trainings, keeping the training records regularly.

Payroll transactions, preparation and execution of all legal procedures and reports at certain time intervals.

Ensuring that all applications comply with legal requirements and company policies,

Ensuring that the compliance of subcontractor practices with legal requirements is checked and followed,

Providing support to the management team for the implementation of action plans by analyzing organizational needs.
