 We are looking for a “Incoming Quality Control Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Engineering
• New Graduate or 1-2 years experience in Quality department   
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy, analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, willing to work as a team member
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develops, implements, deploys, reviews and improves Quality Activities in line with company targets.
• Has a high focus on quality in his daily work and acts as a role model in Incoming Quality Control Team.
• Plans the necessary investments for Incoming Quality Control with the IQC team and submits them for approval.
• Supports for incoming quality control organization and scheduling.
• Prepares the Incoming Quality Control documents, submits them for approval and ensures that they are kept up to date.
• Assists in the installation of test equipment.
• Ensures timely verification and calibration of test equipment
• For non-conforming products, he/she ensures that the Supplier Defect Report is prepared in detail with its pictures and sent to the supplier, and informs the specialist and the chief about the error.
• Ensures quality by visiting suppliers on site and conducting process audits.
• Responsible for keeping the competency matrix up to date
• Improves the quality performance of suppliers by collaborating with the Supplier Quality Specialist and Supplier Quality Responsible.
• Defines repair/selection methods and obtains necessary approvals.
• Participates in the root cause analysis of the problems in the assembly line.
• Monitors supplier the corrective and preventive actions and ensures that the entire IQC team plays a role in active problems.
• Participates in studies on reducing scrap and quality costs.
