Accounting Specialist

• Graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience,
• Proficient in both written and spoken English,
• Good command of SAP SD, CO, FI,
• Comprehensive knowledge of uniform chart of accounts and tax legislation,
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic laws and regulations regarding accounting and tax practices,
• Ability to read and interpret financial data,
• Excellent command of E-ledger, E-invoice, E-Delivery and E-Archive applications,
• Excellent command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• CPA certificate or having started a CPA internship is a plus,
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills, and team-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out general accounting transactions within the company in accordance with company procedures and relevant laws and legislations,
• Perform accounting records of daily purchase-sale invoices and ensuring current account controls/reconciliations,
• Follow up e-invoice, e-archive, e-delivery processes,
• Follow up invoice processes in accordance with the in-house invoice approval procedure,
• Complete and report BA-BS and current account reconciliations,
• Control and account receipts,
• Control and account personnel expenses and credit cards,
• Provide support for declaration processes,
• Participate in stock and inventory counting,
• Carry out end-of-period transactions such as depreciation records, exchange rate difference calculations, reflection records,
• Provide support for tax audits and independent audits,
• Prepare financial reports and tables on time and in full.
